No eQSL, LoTW, etc. This is too impersonal!
Direct QSL shipment: ONLY NON-EUROPEAN stations (Africa, America, Antarctica, Oceania, South East Asia) do not enclose USD, Euro or IRC for one retour QSL-card! Please only QSL and SAE!!
ALL OTHER stations send SAE and 1 or 2 USD if possible or better you send your QSL via the bureau (preferret) - many thanks!
IF NOT SAE (self addresses envelope) THEN NO QSL RETOUR !

Digital SSTV is basically the transmission of a perfect photo regardless of noise in the band or fading or whatever is going on. This rivals digital over the air television. You either get a picture perfect photo or nothing at all. This mode does sound similar to some other modes - digital voice. But it is distinct and even if you don't work it, so should you interference ongoing digital communications avoid! More information.
